You’re looking to improve your health and physical fitness, but the thought of heavy weights or long runs terrifies you.

When was the last time you were in a situation

that made you feel inadequate?

Maybe someone made a hateful comment about your appearance. Maybe you tried to accomplish a feat of strength (lifting heavy weights, running a Tough Mudder, etc.), but you fell short of victory.

Or maybe, someone physically threatened you and you were left paralyzed with fear for not knowing how to react.

What did that feel like? Probably not too great.

For years, martial arts have proven to be a way of building strength, learning self-defense, and reversing those self-confidence issues.

Shifu Aaron Chen is a phenomenal and fun instructor that genuinely cares about each and every student. Shifu Chen is very knowledgable and teaches his style in a way that everyone can understand and replicate. I have taken many types of martial arts and I have never found an instructor like Shifu Chen.

Dragon Claw Academy has been an amazing experience for our family.
